Guide for Authors

Dear Authors,

To submit an article to the journal, please first register on this platform. Then, follow the guidelines provided on the website to complete the various stages of article submission.

Please obtain an ORCID researcher ID before submitting your article. Including the ORCID ID is mandatory. To obtain the ID, visit https://orcid.org/signin.


Article Submission Guidelines

- The article must be research-based, focusing on the folk culture of the Zagros region, and must not have been published in any other domestic or international journals.
- The article should be between 6,000 and 10,000 words and prepared in Microsoft Word.
- The article must include a Persian abstract (150–250 words) and an English abstract (150–250 words) at the beginning, summarizing the article’s topic, research methodology, key findings, and keywords.
- After the abstract, the article must include the following sections: Introduction, Problem Statement, Empirical Background, Theoretical or Conceptual Framework, Research Methodology, Research Findings, and Conclusion.
- The clarity, accuracy, and eloquence of the article’s prose are among the key criteria for evaluation.
- The Latin equivalents of important names and concepts should be provided in footnotes on each page.
- The citation style must follow the APA format.
- Publication of the article in the journal is subject to approval by reviewers, and the journal reserves the right to edit the content.
- If the article is submitted to another journal, its review process in this journal will be discontinued.
- The responsibility for the content of the articles lies with the author(s).
- It is mandatory to provide the personal details of the author(s), including email, in a separate file uploaded along with the main article file on the platform. For students, specifying the academic level and field of study is required. For professors, providing the full details of the academic department, academic rank, and university is mandatory. The use of an institutional email is preferred.
